We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce, eBay product listing specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing product listings on eBay, ensuring they are optimized for visibility, accuracy, and maximum sales potential. This role requires strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and an understanding of eBay's platform and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create Product Listings: Accurately list new products on eBay, including writing detailed descriptions, adding high-quality images, and ensuring that all relevant product details (price, quantity, size, color, etc.) are correct.
• Product Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive pricing, and appropriate keywords to optimize listings for visibility.
• Optimize Listings: Use SEO best practices to optimize product titles, descriptions, and tags to improve search rankings and drive traffic to the listings.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and update inventory levels to ensure that all listings reflect accurate stock information.
• Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries related to listings, shipping, and returns in a timely and professional manner.
• Quality Control: Regularly review and update existing listings to ensure they comply with eBay's guidelines and maintain high quality.
• Sales Reporting: Track the performance of listings and make recommendations for improvements based on sales data and customer feedback.
• Shipping products: Our fast-shipping service requires same-day shipment, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.
• Receive return items: evaluate the products accordingly, and communicate with the supervisor.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in eBay product listing and/or eCommerce management is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate product listings.
• Proficient in using eBay's seller tools and understanding eBay's policies and guidelines.
• Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to create compelling product descriptions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with inventory management systems and tools is a plus.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with photo editing software (e.g., Photoshop) for optimizing product images.
• Knowledge of other eCommerce platforms like Amazon or Shopify is a plus.
• Basic understanding of customer service and resolving disputes.
